Simple and efficient jointing method enables faster installation with minimal tools and no hot work.
- Cutting: Cut the pipe square using ratchet cutter/ a wheel type plastic tubing cutter.
- Deburr & Bevelling: Deburr the pipe ends properly and bevel edges.
- Cleaning: Clean the pipe and fitting surfaces to remove dust.
- Solvent Cementing: Apply solvent cement on the pipe end and inside fitting socket evenly.
- Assembling: Insert the pipe into the fitting socket immediately after applying solvent cement, simultaneously rotating the pipe one-quarter turn until the stopper line (hold the assembly for at least 30 seconds to ensure initial bonding).
